What a topsy-turvy ride things have been these days.
All the school drama, family issues, other activities.... If I didn't know any better, my life would be one heck of a roller coaster ride.
Well, it's life. (:
In life, there are those times of:
joy
hardship
sadness
anger
frustration
dilemma
worry
And you meet all sorts of people, albeit friends or the other way round. Families are not always the happy image people usually portray to others; there will be difficult times where your relationship with one another will be tested.
And there are issues among friends. Sometimes you may find that your friends are not always what they seem. Friends with two faces; one that's friendly with you and one that probably back stabs you when you least thought of it.
They say that when a person sneezes, that's when a person is bad-mouthing them. xD
In life, nothing really goes through as planned. Face it, life is unfair. Things that always seemed in your grasp may slip through your hand at the most unexpected times.
You can't simply get whatever you want, whenever you want. Even your deepest desire, no matter how much effort you put into achieving it, it might end up somewhere else, least of all not in your grasp.
And yet, there are times that when you finally gotten what you want the most, trouble brews. Obstacles start hindering your path and you start to wonder, should I? Or should I not let go? Letting go means an end to all those worries and trouble, but regretting the lost of it. Not doing so means going through all those troubles, maybe even straining relationships with family and friends.
Remember the innocence we all had when we were kids? Always bundles of fun, joy and mischief, hardly ever worrying about world issues.
In the process of growing up, we learn that the world isn't really 'happy happy' after all. In the adult world, life is not a smooth-sailing ocean, but rather one with different currents: smooth one moment, strong raging seas the next.
And, throughout these processes,
Don't linger in the fall, moaning and groaning, never moving on. You know, there's always that silver lining, even if at times it seems non-existent.
Maybe you are just not ready to have what you want now, or maybe you just didn't do enough to earn you whatever you want.
So maybe He'll give it to you when you're ready, or He'll give you something even better than what you hoped for. Even though He says no at times, in the end, He'll still say yes.

For me, it matters not that trouble is brewing, what matters most is my faith. Because of that, I can endure and go through the hardest of times. I can take whatever you throw at me.
I'll just play my part.
In the end,
I don't lose out in anything.
But rather,
thank you, because I have something even better.
